Thank you for shopping with Asili Creations! Here's everything you need to know about how we process and ship your order:

📦 Order Processing

All orders are processed within 6-8 business days (excluding weekends and major holidays) after your order is received.

We do not ship on Sundays or national holidays.

Please note: Processing time is separate from shipping time.

 

✈️ Shipping Carrier

We currently ship all orders via USPS (United States Postal Service) and UPS (United Parcel Service). Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or text, depending on the contact information you provided at checkout.

⚠️ Possible Delays

While we do our best to get your order out promptly, shipping delays may occur due to the carrier, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. We’ll always do our part to keep you updated if we receive any alerts or notifications regarding your order via the e-mail you provided.

International Orders - Asili Creations does not cover customs fees, import duties, taxes, or tariffs on international orders. Customers are responsible for any additional charges required by their country’s customs regulations. Please do your due diligence regarding your country’s import policies before placing an order.
