We do not process refunds/returns. All Sales are final. The safety and health of our staff and customers is our top priority. We take precautionary measures to protect our customers and staff at all times. To maintain this standard returns/refunds are not accepted or offered. 

Store credit MAY be applied depending on circumstances. Discretion is left solely up to Asili Creations LLC.
