Shipping FAQ's

 

1. What is the processing time?

    We are working hard to ship orders before the time specified hereafter.

 Orders are processed at our facility for 5-7 BUSINESS days. This does not include the day order was received. After that time orders will be sent to the mail carrier for delivery to you. 

 We do not ship on Sundays or major Holidays. For international orders it is 7-21 business days.

 

2. What carrier do you use?

     We use USPS and UPS.

 

3. My package says delivered but I don't see it. What should I do?

     Use your tracking info sent via e-mail to locate it and/or contact the mail carrier assigned to deliver you order. If this is unsuccessful send us an e-mail to let us know so we can help at info@asili-creations4u.com

 

4. Do you ship internationally?

     Yes we do! 

 

5. How can I get free shipping?

     All U.S. orders over $100 have free shipping and international orders have discounted shipping rates.

 

6. Will I receive tracking information?

     Yes! Once your order has processed and is ready to be delivered to the carrier, you will receive e-mail notifications with updates on your order status and tracking information.

 

7. Do you pay for other fees related to international orders?

 

No. Asili Creations does not pay ANY custom fees, duties, VA charges or any charges associated with international orders.
